**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

This role will be a key focal point to provide administrative, training and governance support to the SHEQ and operations team. This is a Sydney based permanent role, reporting to the SHEQ Manager supporting both terminals in Sydney and Darwin.
- Tasks include but are not limited to the following:_
- Manages the VTA's training administration functions including the set-up of user accounts, security permissions, learning profiles and system notifications
- Develop local SHEQ training contents and upload training contents to the system
- Develop, update and deliver the departmental monthly training status report with the relevant department managers to ensure all mandatory trainings are done within due date
- Organise external trainings for employees
- Assist relevant parties to keep Contractor and Driver training database
- Assist SHEQ manager to prepare yearly training budget
- Record keeper and responsible for timely review for Safety databases like Risk Register, SDS register, Waste register etc.
- Liaison with iCare & medical provider for injury management and claims handling
- Oversee, manage and provide requirements for PPE inventory including research of new and additional equipment as required
- Facilitate SHEQ Committee Meeting, risk review meeting, SHEQ team meeting
- Reporting and tracking of timely submission of all local, Divisional and regulatory compliance reporting
- Provide administrative support to SHEQ Advisors in managing accurate Enablon data entry as per Vopak Guidelines
- Make recommendations for continuous improvements that will result in the elimination of Safety, Health and Environmental incidents

**WHO YOU ARE**
- A tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, Environment or Engineering or related field
- Excellent IT skill with strong demonstrated competency in MS office suites
- 1-2 years of experience in a SHEQ Training role would be beneficial however not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
