We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Manager
to lead our compliance, risk, and safety strategy
without delay.
This is a pivotal role where you will champion best practice, ensure alignment with legislation and standards, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of
    SHEQ systems, policies, and procedures
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    Work Health & Safety legislation
    , environmental obligations, and quality standards.
  • Drive a proactive safety culture through
    training, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
    .
  • Partner with leaders across operations and corporate functions to embed SHEQ practices into daily activities.
  • Manage external audits, certifications, and reporting obligations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to staff and management on SHEQ responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a
    SHEQ, WHS, or HSE management role
    , ideally within security, facilities, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Australian WHS legislation, ISO standards, and quality management systems
    .
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across diverse teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a
    fast-paced and dynamic environment
    .
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional certifications (e.g. WHS, Quality, Environmental Management).
