Our client is looking for a Quality & Compliance coordinator on a permanent basis due to continued expansion and new projects being won. Paying $90,000 pa + super, the role offers great flexibility with the need to be in the office just 2 days a week unless of course you'd like more.

**The Role**

**The Duties**
Accountability 1: Quality
- Maintain the organisations Quality Management System (QMS), which includes ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, objectives, and targets aligned to ISO9001 and associated standards
- Maintain the organisations non-conformance register (NCR) and provide reporting to ELT on an as required basis
- Facilitate the six-monthly management review meeting with the ELT
- Undertake internal QMS assurance activities, including collaborating with wider business units to ensure corrective and preventative actions have been identified and implemented and staff are trained to identify and report any non-conformances
- Facilitate periodic surveillance, recertification, and internal audits of the organisations QMS
- Deliver QMS induction and ongoing QMS training to all staff
- Lead the continued development and periodic review of all applicable processes, plans and procedures in accordance with the agreed timeframes in the organisation QMS
- Plan, manage and deliver applicable QMS recertification requirements
- Develop data dashboards and reporting to the ELT, Risk & Audit Committee (RAC) and board in relation to quality management matters and metrics

Accountability 2: Compliance
- Oversee corporate compliance across the organisa, including development of the systems and processes required to support compliance with all applicable obligations and other compliance requirements.
- Oversee the auditor register to ensure all audit findings across the business are reported and findings assigned and implemented by agreed timeframes
- Provide ad-hoc compliance related advice to wider teams on an as required basis
- Oversee and track submission of all regulatory reporting (e.g ATO, ACNC and OFT) by responsible owners within the organization to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met on time
