**The main purpose of the Customer Success Coordinator is to direct, liaise, and coordinate with various customers and external providers to deliver on the different elements of the business to ensure everything continues to move forward and run seamlessly. This role is required to drive projects whilst also ensuring the sales processes and administrative structures are working effectively.**:
**This is a highly collaborative role where the Customer Success Coordinator must work in partnership with new and current clients, external and internal team to ensure we continue to deliver a memorable client experience as well as grow the business.**
Customer Service/Inside Sales Bentleigh
- OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
- Manage projects with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Liaise with the Directors to co-ordinate diaries.
- Effectively manage the sales process including pipeline management.
- Provide general administration
- CUSTOMER SUCCESS
- Provide outstanding customer service including customer relationship management and client retention.
- Confidently conduct warm sales calls to dentist.
- Build and maintain long-term and trustworthy relationships with new and existing clients.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increasing the value of current customers/clients while attracting new ones.
- Manage and coordinate member onboarding.
- Manage and coordinate professional events as per the guidelines of our course coordinator
- Manage general Customer enquiries through Conversations on our website and existing customer enquiries through our dedicated WhatsApp accounts
- EVENT & SPONSORSHIP COORDINATION
- Assist in the planning of future event dates as per the guidelines of our course coordinator
- Manage the overall booking process for multiple events per year, including venue, student numbers, food requirements and logistics of personnel and equipment as per the guidelines of our course coordinator
- Oversee the preparation of equipment or appliances prior to each event
- Manage the Sponsorship follow up process for each event, including communicating new sponsorship opportunities to potential industry participants
- EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & LICENCES.
- Drivers Licence
- Working Rights in Australia
- SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a similar role with a strong focus with onboarding leads.
- Previous experience with a CRM system.
- Knowledge of the Importance of conversions, contracts, and compliance.
- Exceptional customer relationship & rapport building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Outstanding client liaison skills.
- Flexibility to speak to our members when they are available.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exemplary administration and organisational skills.
- An energised and vibrant demeanour.
- High attention to detail with a professional attitude and a proactive approach.
