Job Description
Join our Childcare & Education vertical as a Customer Success Coordinator in Melbourne and make a meaningful impact daily. Every interaction, code, and interface design is an opportunity to enhance our customers' experience.
You will support our customers in using our platform to ensure retention and satisfaction. The role involves supporting the wider team by managing tickets and responding to customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Advocating for customer needs internally, owning their challenges, and working to prevent recurring issues
- Supporting customers across the Office platform
- Responding to initial tickets and assigning them based on complexity
- Handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email in accordance with SLAs
- Managing dissatisfied customers professionally
- Maintaining knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
- Supporting system improvements and new technology rollouts
- Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
We offer a hybrid and flexible work model, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest remote.
Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident phone manner
- Strong customer service skills, quick and accurate query resolution
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- Self-awareness and a desire to develop new skills
- Team player willing to contribute wherever needed
