We are looking for a detailed-focused Accounts Officer. In this key role, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting their finance operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing and submitting invoices
- Following up with clients on outstanding payments
- Following up on invoice approvals and outstanding payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities
- Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy across financial systems and data
- Attending to client enquiries quickly and effectively
- Providing administration support and general office duties

Essentials:

- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Accounting knowledge
- Knowledge with Xero accounting software
- Strong systems skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication
