**About the Opportunity**
The Executive Services Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Mayor, Councillors and Executive Services division, as required, including Meeting Services duties.
**This position is located in Dalby and is full time, fixed term for a period of up to 12 months.**
You will:
- Providing efficient and courteous customer service to Council’s customers through enquiries.
- Preparation of Council Meeting Reports, Agendas, Minutes and Actions including attendance at Council Meetings
- Providing efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to the Mayor, Councillors and the Executive Team.
- Assist in the coordination and prioritisation of incoming correspondence, papers, meeting documentation, reports and the generation and distribution of outgoing correspondence for the Mayor and Councillors.
This role is full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO.
**About yourself**
A person in this position will need to hold a relevant Certificate in Business Administration, **OR** be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience and a current 'C' class Driver's Licence.
Mandatory Vaccinations (or a valid and verifiable contraindication) are to be evidenced when requested by Council.
