We are seeking a detail-driven sourcing professional to lead the development, production, and delivery of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Supplier Management:
    • Identify and manage suppliers for merchandise.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to deliver cost-effective solutions.
    • Build trust-based relationships with suppliers.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
    • Collaborate with teams to align product development with business strategy.
    • Oversee sampling, prototyping, and approval processes.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Coordinate inspections and quality checks in facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
  • Travel:
    • Travel for supplier visits, negotiations, factory inspections, and project oversight.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sourcing and production.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design interpretation.
