Investor Relations Manager – Energy Sector (Melbourne or Sydney)
Our client is a globally focused energy company headquartered in Melbourne with oil production and exploration assets in Brazil and the US. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications and offers a visible, influential position within the capital markets team.
Responsibilities
Transform complex strategy, operational, and financial data into simple, compelling investment messages for the market and internal stakeholders.
Develop clear, consistent, and credible investor materials (results, presentations, press releases, and market commentary).
Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, media, and internal senior stakeholders.
Support the company's positioning as a trusted and responsible operator in global energy markets.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, funds management, or corporate communications.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of listed markets.
Experience in the energy or resources sector preferred.
Proven ability to craft and deliver clear narratives that engage diverse stakeholders.
Highly collaborative, commercially minded, and eager to contribute in a dynamic listed company environment.
