We are seeking a professional with expertise in investor relations to join our organization.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective investor relations strategies, as well as building strong relationships with analysts, investors, media, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate communications.

A strong understanding of listed markets and financial acumen is essential for this position.

Experience in the energy sector is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Communication: The successful candidate will transform complex data into compelling messages that resonate with investors.
  • Investor Materials Development: He/she will develop clear and concise materials, including results, presentations, and market commentary.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationships with analysts, investors, media, and stakeholders will be built and maintained.
  • Strategic Positioning: Our organization's positioning as a trusted operator in global energy markets will be supported.
Candidate Profile:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate communications is required.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of listed markets and financial analysis is necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders is essential.
