Customer Service Officer
This role is working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team. There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks.
About The Role
Full Time - Monday to FridayOverseeing reception, including but not limited to managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the store and coordinating customer enquiriesCoordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmationsManaging the creation of purchases orders as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsiteCreating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reportsCollaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfactionGeneral office administration
About You
Experience in a similar administration role preferred, but not essentialProficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookHighly efficient and organised professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detailAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environmentProfessional presentation and a positive attitude
