Cottee Parker Architects is a highly regarded practice with studios operating in Auckland, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. We have extensive experience in delivering unique and considered design solutions for the built environment. As a long standing, well established practice, we have garnered strong relationships with local planning authorities and are well recognised for our exceptional urban design outcomes. This has allowed us to achieve design solutions for our clients well beyond the usual planning constraints.

We are now recruiting for a General Manager, a unique opportunity to join a highly respected architectural practice in a varied and instrumental role with a focus on human resources, administration, facility management, tendering, contract review and procurement. The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profitability while managing the company's overall operations.

**About you**
- Bachelor degree qualification in Human Resources.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
- Strong digital transformation skills.
- Marketing experience highly desirable.
- Long-term planning, financial budgeting and working within quality and planning parameters are essential requirements.
