About YouYou're an experienced senior hospitality leader with a track record managing large teams and venues.
You lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and understand how to manage operations and energy at scale.You will have: Proven experience as a Senior Venue Manager or General Manager in a high-volume venue.
Confidence managing large teams, guest bookings, events, and fast-paced service flow.
Strong commercial acumen – cost control, labour management, budgeting, and hitting revenue targets.
A passion for training, mentoring, and building dynamic, customer-focused teams.
A proactive and fun-loving attitude that fits our Tex-Mex vibe.
Valid RSA certification.
