**Retail Implementation Specialist - South Australia with travel to NT**

**Elevate the retail experience through effective coordination and management Join forces with Metcash, Retailers, and third parties to facilitate the establishment of new independent stores, DSA initiatives, and the rejuvenation of existing spaces. It's about bringing together the essential elements for success and making each project a smooth and collaborative journey. This role requires **_regular travel throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory,_**

**What you'll do**
- Working with Retailers and Metcash Teams and external parties to develop project plans, timelines, and offer support in the execution of the project
- Working with Metcash Teams and Retailers to plan and deliver new initiatives
- Increased participation in the program by additional retailers and budgeted benefits to retailers
- Work with retailers to plan and execute changes to store layouts, assist in the development of whole store plans and format changes.
- Support Retailers and Metcash Teams to develop project plans and budgets for the delivery of store improvement projects and other state and national initiatives

**What you'll be**
- Experience of supermarket fit out, refurbishments and category management preferred
- Basic project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to interpret plans
- Understanding of building regulations and standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
