Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead the delivery of timely and effective payroll implementations for businesses. As a key member of our team, you will provide training and system support services to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage a small team to drive project success
- Run initial implementation meetings with clients to gather information and provide guidance
- Delegate HeroPay/KeyPay implementations and oversee project management processes
- Create Project Plans and review implementations for quality and efficiency
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, ensuring clear communication with clients
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and previous implementation experience. Your strong knowledge of payroll, Modern Awards, and NES is essential, along with exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
This position involves leading payroll implementations from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise in payroll systems, combined with your ability to communicate effectively, will be crucial in building strong relationships with clients.
