Job Summary
As a senior building consultant, you will conduct thorough forensic inspections to ensure contractors meet compliance standards and cost requirements. Your key responsibilities include:
Detailed data recording during site visits
Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Preparing comprehensive reports and scope of works for clients
Maintaining compliance with client and internal claim handling processes and deadlines
Compiling and formatting high-quality forensic building reports and scopes of work
Project management as required
Requirements:
Certification in Carpentry or Building & Construction, or Licensed Builder qualifications
In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and admin hearing/litigation process requirements
Ability to prioritize customer and client satisfaction in service delivery
