Senior Construction Lawyer

The construction law practice has been highly regarded as a leading group in the country for several years.
The team handles complex infrastructure, construction, engineering and mining projects and matters in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Provides advice on all aspects of their projects (including pre-contract, project delivery methods, project finance, procurement, drafting standard and bespoke construction contracts)
- Contract administration and interpretation
- All forms of construction claims
- Litigation
- Alternative dispute resolution (including mediation, expert determination, and arbitration)
Key Responsibilities
You will work with senior partners to provide top-quality legal services to clients including owners, developers, project sponsors, financiers, project managers, consultants, and government agencies at local, state and federal level.
Qualifications and Requirements
An intermediate-level lawyer with 2-4 years' experience in construction disputes is required. Candidates with general commercial disputes experience who are interested in specializing in construction are also encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
