Creative 9 is a collaboration of talents delivering innovative interiors, with focus in Retail, Hospitality and Retail Place-making Projects. Working with both national and international brands, we are currently looking for talents to join our team in Sydney CBD.

In addition to supporting interior design tasks across various project stages, the role includes some basic administrative duties to help ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design Support & Project Coordination _
- Support in preparing floor plans, 3D visualisations using CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, and help compile FF&E schedules.
- Assist with documentation for approvals, tender packages, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other team members as needed.
- Administration_
- Support general operation and day-to-day coordination.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director and other designers.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Interior design graduated.
- A basic understanding of interior design standards and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Self-management in delivery accurate and efficient documentation packages.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to assist across both design and administrative areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
