As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in supporting project coordinators across various stages of projects, including administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design Support & Project Coordination:

  • Preparing floor plans and 3D visualisations using CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Conducting research on materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, and compiling FF&E schedules.
  • Documenting for approvals, tender packages, and construction drawings.

- Administration:

  • Supporting general operation and day-to-day coordination.
  • Providing administrative assistance to directors and other designers.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Interior design graduate with a basic understanding of interior design standards and materials.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).

- Ability to manage own time effectively to deliver accurate and efficient documentation packages.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to assist across both design and administrative areas.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
