**Role : Partner Sales Manager**
Reporting to: Head of Banking
Usual office base: Home based - ideally based in Sydney or Brisbane AUS
**Summary**
Our client is a leading Independent Enterprise Software Vendor (ISV) (SaaS) solution provider. They are a European-based public company that operates with a global customer base and offices.
Our current success is evidenced by the sale of our software to an increased number of banking clients both direct with organisations like TEMENOS and also other banking vertical partners. We are ready to increase our market share, improve our brand awareness and drive new business opportunities. To do this effectively, we need a commercial salesperson dedicated to the banking vertical to join our organization.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver the strategic drive to increase our presence in banking across the APAC* market. You will be joining the existing commercial team and have the support of the existing banking team.
You will have the opportunity to be a key influencer in shaping the banking vertical for the company and the team will look to you as the expert in your field to take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan with the objectives of further business development.
It is for this reason we are looking for someone to immerse themselves in our specific Industry and to take a lead role in driving and executing our strategy in support of our growth aspirations.
*APAC region is applicable for sales. The focus of activity is the ASEAN ( Association of Southeast Asian Nations.)
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure the development and performance of the sales strategy for APAC*
- Understand the Lasernet platform and how they it fits in the banking marketplace
- Deal management - owning the deal strategy to create a win embracing both customer and partner engagement.
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
- Understand the TEMENOS, Mambu and Thought Machine environment in APAC and drive new contacts and relationships with the these platform partners
- Understand the system integrator partner program and align the APAC banking sector to this, attracting new partners and working with existing
- Drive and deliver new leads in the banking environment.
- Contribute to marketing plans and content requirement to reach the APAC market
- Embracing and enhancing the team ethos and values of the company
- Focused on working directly with platform partners in Australia and New Zealnd. Working with System Integrators in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
**Knowledge and Experience.**
Essential:
- Experience selling complex products / solutions, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven sales experience at Director / C-Level
- Proven Networking skills
- Comfortable and confident to conduct initial technical demo (30minute overview)
- Creation and delivery of presentations to any stakeholder within the sales process from end user to C-level.
- Self motivated and driven whilst having the ability to focus on opportunities due to close
**Desirable**:
- Previous knowledge of TEMENOS and/or TEMENOS products
- Previous knowledge of Mambu & Thought Machine
- Experience working with partners in software solution selling
- Experience working within the banking sector.
**Benefits /Salary /Bounus**
**Bonus**:
- US$1m target
- 4% commission up to 50% of target
- 6% 50-100%
- 8% anything over 100% of target
- Commission is based on 2 years subscription or SaaS revenue
- Calculated and paid quarterly
**Salary Basic**
£70k equivalent in AUS $
**Benefits**
Holiday Entitlement: You will be entitled to 25 days' holiday per calendar year, in addition to UK statutory Bank Holidays
Health care Plan & Pension
**Salary**: $133,775.00 per year

- Quarterly bonus
