
Sales Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing, developing, and managing relationships with our partners. This includes moving them through our program by signing clients to our platform, developing business plans, and managing dedicated regions to recruit, educate, and grow the partner channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Categorize and prioritize new and existing partners for effective territory management
- Identify sales opportunities to build a sales pipeline
- Strategically prioritize and manage your day to optimize calling time
- Develop business plans for larger or longer-term deals and work with partners to implement and manage them
- Run and present at sales events and drive attendance among partners
- Increase penetration within the partner base
- Ensure knowledge of our features and functionality is up-to-date via training and webinars
- Meet activity targets and increase certified partner percentage
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Direct experience in inbound phone and email sales
- Proven sales performance with strong rapport-building skills
- An interest in the emerging online accounting market
- Accounting product knowledge and understanding of accounting practices
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Experience with long-term sales cycles and client relationships
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools including a CRM database
