**The Role**

We have a **casual** concierge position at **Pacific Fair Shopping Centre**. As a Concierge team member, you will introduce people to the exciting world of our Shopping Centre, turning curious visitors into loyal customers. You will be part of a team focused on identifying, meeting and exceeding customer needs to ensure that optimal customer service objectives are achieved.

This position will require flexibility across mornings, afternoons and evenings 7 days a week.

This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020.

**Role Requirements**
- Serving customers in person, by phone and via internet
- Organising loan of mobility equipment, gift card sales, making bookings and updating databases
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Reconciling daily banking and assisting with ad hoc marketing events
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A **full license** in order to drive the Pacific Fair taxi which transports our guests within the centre
- Provide support to the Cleaning Services Manager/Security Manager
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Have a positive and enthusiastic personality
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure
- Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
- Prior customer facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
