**About the role**:
Based in our beautiful Alondra Apartments, our Concierge is pivotal in ensuring that all residents and visitors receive a superior service. Alondra is not just a retirement living complex, these award winning apartments are designed with every luxury in mind. To realise this style of living we need an innovative and professional Concierge who can make our dream come true and develop this role to its fullest**_._**

Building on your experience in a similar position, this front of house role will enable you to think on your feet, problem solve and assist with the overall coordination of resident's services.

This is a job share role - Five days per fortnight, 9am - 3:30pm

**About you**:
You place paramount importance on customer service and your friendly and outgoing personality will create a positive experience for all residents and visitors. You will consult with our residents to build a vibrant and connected social calendar and assist them to access a range of lifestyle and home care services such as shops, medical appointments, theatre.
