**The Role**

**Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula.**

**Escape the everyday with our new luxury accommodation, The Sanctuary, opening in June 2025. Nestled on the hilltop with sweeping views across the Peninsula to the bay, sit five standalone villas, all exquisitely appointed providing every creature comfort along with the simple serenity sought by spa guests.**

**In this newly created position, The Concierge is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day operations for The Sanctuary guests, providing a smooth and efficient experience during check-in, their stay and check-out. This role always ensures exceptional service, including**:

- **VIP treatment**:

- **room service delivery**:

- **housekeeping duties**:

- **room bookings and responding to guest enquiries.**

**The Concierge plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.**

**Full-time and part-time positions available.**_We will _**provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as needed.**

**We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.**

**About You**
- **_You _**have previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or front-of-house role in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.**:

- **_You _**are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude**:

- **_You _**have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills**:

- **_You _**are capable, reliable and responsible**:

- **_You _**hold a full drivers licence**:

- **_You _**have proficiency in hotel property management systems (RMS PMS) and financial software**:

- **_You _**have proven ability in delivering excellence in guest experiences**:

- **_You _**have a valid visa or working rights for Australia**
