Role Overview
This position entails serving as a key member of our team, providing expert-level technical guidance and support for ServiceNow ITOM products.
Spearhead customer implementations by leading or contributing to successful delivery of ITOM projects for global clients.
Develop and implement repeatable solutions to enhance implementation efficiency and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with senior colleagues to resolve complex customer issues that cannot be addressed through standard channels.
Seven years of experience in implementing 2 or more ServiceNow ITOM products, including registered implementations.
Advanced understanding of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration, including domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects, and SUDO Policies.
Enterprise architecture domains, AMZN API, VMware automation, Puppet/Chef/Ansible, integration & automation expertise with orchestration, and cloud management platforms such as AWS, VMware, BMC.
