A highly experienced leader is sought to drive technical excellence in water and wastewater treatment. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to business growth through innovation and technical input to bids.
About the RoleThis key leadership position is responsible for managing the design and technical delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to engineering teams.
- Oversee design, commissioning, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety in design.
- Engage with clients, technology suppliers, and delivery partners to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Support business development activities by providing engineering input into tenders and proposals.
- 15+ years of experience in engineering roles within the water or wastewater sector.
- Strong background in process or chemical engineering, with exposure to membrane systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams.
- Chartered Engineer (CPEng) and/or RPEQ eligibility preferred.
