**Responsibilities**:

- Lead negotiations for contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Thoroughly review contracts to identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues. Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with contracts. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Act as a point of contact for contractual matters, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
- Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect contracts.
- Manage contract-related disputes and conflicts, working towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor and assess contract performance, ensuring that all parties fulfil their obligations and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful contract management.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
