**About You**
Throughout your time in customer service, what you've truly got a kick out of is getting to know your customers and having a genuine conversation with them. You're that person that remembers children's names or someone's birthday. You're the first to pick up the phone, even if it's for 10 seconds to confirm a customer is satisfied.
Your exceptional organisational skills ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether this be through following a methodical checklist and calendar, your ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines sets you apart. You have the ability to catch even the smallest errors or inconsistencies, ensuring that each task is completed with precision.
**About the Role**
- Calling customers to ensure all necessary supporting documents are returned and uploading them into the online portal.
- Calling banks to get an update on where your customers' loans are at and forwarding that information to the customer.
- Tracking customers' progress using the Broker Engine platform, from the initial lead stage to settlement and post-settlement.
- Updating workflows, checklists, and templates to accurately reflect current processes and requirements.
- Efficiently coordinating documents including contracts and customer documentation into precise filing systems.
- Overseeing the upkeep of the existing database, while also coordinating and scheduling meetings for both the director and customers.
