Corporate Loan Administrator
The Corporate Loan Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate loans post execution including deal set-up, funding and ongoing administration of loans within the organisation's loan management system. The position will demonstrate success through accurate and compliant deal set-up, funding and administration in support of a seamless client experience.
Location – Melbourne CBD with potential for Hybrid
Employment Type – Full-time/Part-time
Remuneration – Base + Super
What role will you play?
You will play a key role in being the link between the investment and operations teams and providing an important role in our loan management
What you offer
· Proven experience in credit, loan or mortgage administration with a preferred understanding of end-to-end corporate borrowing and fulfilment process.
· Experience with CRM systems and/or loan management platforms
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a lending role within the financial services industry
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
What you'll be doing
· Loan setup & documentation
· Coordinating and executing loan funding
· Ongoing Loan Administration
· Compliance & reporting
· Ongoing stakeholder engagement
Potential to grow into a broader role due to firm size and expected future growth
