**About the Role**
Coordinate the vacancy management process within the Home & Community portfolio providing excellent customer service to our current and new clients across all regions within Endeavour Foundation. Working with various internal stakeholders, this role is focussed on supporting the coordination of stakeholders involved in the growth of services,managing the vacancy and utilisation levels through the effective management of the end-to-end vacancy management process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review, analyse and collate all necessary data so that information, findings,
and recommendations can be presented to key stakeholders.
- Assess all incoming and outgoing vacancy management documentation in line
with quality assurance practices.
- Maintain relevant databases and tracking systems for the transparent
communication and reporting of up to date information for all stakeholders.
- Support development of processes, which will support the effective
streamlined vacancy management process.
- Coordinate with NDIS team for Functional Assessments and Supported
Independent Living quotation, tracking all information and driving the process.
- Coordinate site tours, referral information, trials, and welcome packs.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers for effective handover of qualified
leads.
- Identify risks affecting the delivery of effective customer service delivery,
consult with stakeholders and where appropriate deploy mitigation processes
to ensure customer service delivery.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualification, industry certification or equivalent experience in business and/or project administration.
- Demonstrated experience in a project / coordinator role involving fast paced environment across multiple business units with competing priorities.
- Knowledge of the disability services or similar human services industry is beneficial.

- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and
concise information is presented to the team, manager and customers.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
