About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate our vacancy management process within the Home & Community portfolio, providing excellent customer service to current and new clients across all regions.

This role focuses on supporting the coordination of stakeholders involved in the growth of services, managing vacancy and utilisation levels through effective end-to-end vacancy management.

  • Review, analyse and collate data for presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Assess incoming and outgoing vacancy management documentation in line with quality assurance practices.
  • Maintain relevant databases and tracking systems for transparent communication and reporting of up-to-date information.
  • Support development of processes to streamline vacancy management.

Key skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business and/or project administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a project/coordinator role involving fast-paced environments.
  • Organisational skills including attention to detail and prioritising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to undergo a National Criminal History Check, hold a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card, First Aid and CPR certificate.

You must also be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
