The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to support the sale of our globally manufactured items to our APAC customer base to ensure their requirements are understood and delivery commitments are met.

**Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Proactively manage orders including quoting, bookings, back orders, data entry and managing leads
- Provide customer service by answering customer queries, processing their sales in a timely fashion, and answering queries promptly and accurately
- Executing telephone sales
- Manage and process claims assessments and Return of Material Authorization (RMA)
- Support Managers with sales and administrative activities
- Drive transactional sales
- Implement direct marketing activities as instructed by Business Development Managers
- Oversee delivery and troubleshooting of products
- Build ongoing relationships with existing customers
- Undertaking administrative tasks
- Assist with inventory functions, stock control and inventory management.

- Ability to prioritise objectives and responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience in using Oracle (desirable, not essential)
- Previous experience working in a customer service or customer facing role in a relevant industry (e.g. drilling, mining, construction, etc.)
- Sound planning and organisational skills
- A team-focused attitude
- Excellent analytical skills, Technically savvy
