Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft including Fokker 100 and Airbus 320.

From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

Your role as Manager Supply Chain will see you responsible for all aspects of our Supply Chain operation within our growing engineering department, including leadership, people management, occupational health and safety, regulatory, quality, financial outcomes and operational performance. In addition, you will be accountable for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided, with emphasis on efficient spare and logistic support coverage in line with the company objectives, to the highest levels of safety and compliance.

You'll have
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management or logistics(experience within an aviation environment would be considered advantageous)- Demonstrated financial management skills- Proven history of integrating maintenance, operational, safety and cost outcomes to enhance efficiency- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading high performing teams- Ability to think across multiple dimensions and link to financial outcome- Ability to work under time pressures to deliver assets and modifications that comply to design and regulatory outcomes- A strong process focus with attention to detail- Experience in driving sustainable change through an organisation
