Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Supply Chain Operations Center Manager. This individual will play a vital part in establishing and managing our centralized Supply Chain organization.

This leadership position entails overseeing the development and implementation of our SCOC structure, ensuring it meets the requirements of our Divisions & CC's. The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a centralized SCOC framework for Australia.
  • Leading a team of employees located in Australia to manage the SCOC.
  • Supporting CC Australia by adhering to logistics principles, policies, and processes of the Supply Chain organization.
  • Evaluating the new SCOC setup to ensure it meets the Supply Chain requirements of the Divisions & CC Australia within the SCOC area.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent planning and execution abilities. They should also demonstrate a positive attitude, be willing to collaborate with various functions, and exhibit business acumen.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
  • Specialized knowledge, certification, or licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics are highly valued.
  • A good understanding of the ERP system landscape is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Fulfilling formal education requirements includes holding an academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience. We encourage applicants who can bring their expertise and passion to this role.
