Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, ensuring seamless supply flow, and supporting operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels and ensure seamless supply flow.
  • Oversee procurement of equipment and services, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing performance and onboarding new suppliers to diversify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and inventory control, meeting the needs of remote and underground sites.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions, including alternative sourcing and monitoring trends that impact operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in global procurement, logistics, and general supply chain planning and implementation.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams with successful outcomes aligned to position objectives and responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in contracting is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to the mining industry in a global capacity is advantageous.
