Project Manager Role Overview
This pivotal position involves overseeing station building fit out works, encompassing architectural finishes, mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, fire safety measures, communications networks, and integrated systems.
Main Responsibilities:
Direct the delivery of station fit out projects, including construction services, building facades, interface management, and architectural features.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe, timely, and budget-friendly project execution.
Manage project schedules, look-ahead timelines, and synchronize with key milestones.
Prepare and review technical documentation, such as work packs, inspection reports, requests for information, non-conformance reports, and contractor deliverables.
Monitor site progress and provide reporting to project management on productivity, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Promote adherence to quality assurance, environmental, and health & safety standards.
Collaborate with designers, consultants, and client teams to resolve design and construction issues effectively.
Mentor junior engineers to develop a high-performing project team.
