Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our fit-out projects in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out works, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPERVISE day-to-day site activities, including internal fit-out, finishes, and facade packages
  • COORDINATE subcontractors, materials, plant, and ensure works are delivered on program
  • REVIEW and interpret drawings, plans, and ITPs, ensuring delivery aligns with design and quality standards
  • SUPPORT quality, safety, and commissioning activities
  • Maintain site records (daily diaries, permits, checklists)
  • IDENTIFY and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
  • MONITOR progress, support lookahead planning, and contribute to project reporting
Requirements:
  • FIT-OUT/FINISHES/FAÇADE DELIVERY AND MEP INTEGRATION ON COMPLEX BUILDING OR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
  • MANAGE subcontractors and construction teams effectively
  • STRONG understanding of construction sequencing and buildability
  • A COLLABORATIVE LEADER WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • CORE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND TIMELY DELIVERY
