**Your Role**:
This is an all-rounder team based role contributing the operational need of the village and the wellbeing of our residents. Whether you are on a cleaning, catering, kitchen hand shift or helping out in the laundry, you will engage with residents, their families and your team, contributing to the high quality care that we provide and building positive relationships essentially creating what we believe is a crucial component in supporting a 'Great Life' for an older person.

Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our Warrawong Multicultural Village hosts both residential care beds and independent living units, a mixture of modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautiful garden views, residents can feel supported, connected to their friends and family while being taken care of in a friendly environment.

**On-boarding**:
**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience in Aged Care highly desirable but not essential. Transferrable skills considered
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in hospitality services
- Demonstrated empathy of the older person
- Understanding of food safety and safe chemical use
- Ability to connect with and support your team
- Proven experience in delivering high levels customer service
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Ability to speak another language, Croatian, Spanish, Macedonian or similar, is highly desirable but not essential
