**Hospital Cleaner Role Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a cleaner at Nowra Private Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is cleaned, restocked and stored in the appropriate storage area, demonstrating care and economy in the use of supplies and equipment, cleaning operating theatres, patient rooms and general hospital wards using modern infection control procedures and equipment, cleaning and sanitising workstations and food court areas, providing fast, friendly and exceptional customer service, and displaying a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously where required.

About You:

  • You will have recent experience in hospital, aged care, restaurant, café or retail catering.
  • You will understand infection control procedures and cleaning techniques.
  • You will have demonstrated problem solving abilities.
  • You will possess exceptional communication skills with a commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service.
  • You will be able to handle a rotating roster including evenings and weekend shifts.
