Cleaner and Trolley Collector

As a key member of our cleaning team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences by maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the store.

This role involves physically demanding tasks that require stamina, flexibility, and attention to detail. You must be comfortable handling physical requirements and able to maintain a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who values flexibility, diversity, and inclusivity. We strive to create a welcoming environment for all employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily cleaning tasks on a schedule, including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and team rooms.
  • Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions or providing directions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Able to lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
