**The Role**
As a Participant Support Specialist, you will deliver exemplary customer service

to prospective and existing students, trainers, partners, and host organisations.

Within this role, you will be responsible for facilitating student work placements with host organisations, along with a diverse range of administration tasks within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and address any work placement related enquiries, requests or issues raised by our students, trainers, partners, and host organisations
- Ensure adherence to all internal standards and ASQA National Standards
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when requested by the Student Support Manager
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and gain their trust and respect
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Trustworthy, direct and truthful
- Working experience in administration or customer service role
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve established targets/objectives
- Previous experience in a Registered Training Organisation (preferred)
