Job Opportunity

The Participant Support role provides procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including basic research and analysis activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counter/reception support for our local office, responding to participant enquiries and ensuring facilities are accessible.
  • Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensure that these are accessible for participants.
  • Conduct research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
  • Support planning teams by actioning planning tasks that do not require delegation.
  • Undertake data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed.
  • Record and manage complaints and other feedback in our Business systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills along with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
  • Experience building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with complex situations and information would be desirable.
  • Previous experience working within health or government departments would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability would be highly valued.
