**The Organisation**:
Our client is a prestigious financial services group undergoing a period of rapid expansion, well known for their diverse fund solutions and true understanding of their clients unique requirements. They have a newly created role available on a full time or part time basis at their CBD head office.
- This is an exciting role with opportunity to make a true impact on the development of a boutique financial services organisation and be surrounded with like minded professionals working together to achieve mutual business goals._

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Company Secretary & Head of Legal and Compliance, the key duties of this role will include;
- Governance and secretarial support provided to the Board and various Committees including: scheduling meetings, drafting of agendas, minute taking, memorandums/circulars, action items lists
- Development and maintenance of Policies, Procedures, Charters, Governance Registers and the annual review cycle
- Maintain Governance Frameworks that meet legislative and regulatory standards
- Preparation of Board/Committee Packs
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects that arise

**About You**:

- Bachelors degree/post graduate qualifications in related field
- Prior experience in a governance/board coordination role within the financial services sector
- Ability to operate autonomously while effectively brining together internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised by nature with developed written and verbal communication skills
