**About the Position**:
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the friendly face of our holiday park, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of our front desk. Your warm demeanor, strong communication skills, and organizational talents will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries with a genuine smile.
- Efficiently manage reservations for accommodations, activities, and park amenities, prioritizing accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Skillfully handle check-in and check-out processes, including key issuance and payment collection, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining guest databases and efficiently managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain precise cash registers.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure a flawless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Uphold a safe and secure environment, promptly reporting any incidents or emergencies.
- Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain the reception area and recreation room in immaculate condition, fostering an inviting and professional atmosphere at all times.
- Stay well-informed about park facilities, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information and valuable recommendations to our guests.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- Accurate handling of cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
