**Are you up for the challenge?**:
Working within the Financial Control department, you will be a key member of the Workday Support Team. As John Holland's Finance Analyst, you will design, build, maintain, enhance and support end user requirements for Workday. You will work closely with the Workday Leads and Finance teams in implementing the John Holland vision, strategy and priorities.

**About the Role**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business process requirements and designing, building, configuring, and testing the Workday solution to meet these requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Workday solution platform.
- Manage service and support requests relating to Workday Finance
- Develop test scenarios, scripts and provide solutions to testing issues.
- Manage the analysis & changes required to configuration resulting from regular product updates and business process changes.
- Develop training and support reference materials (templates, FAQs and guidelines).
- Support the integration between Workday and the Operational Management System (OMS)
- Deliver efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs

**About You**:
This position will require you to hold a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Finance and have Workday Certification.

Your proven Workday functional & security knowledge, as well as experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements will see you succeed in the role.

Excellent communication skills and strong financial planning and analytical skills are essential.
