We're looking for an experienced Workday Analyst to support the stabilisation phase of our Workday implementation. You'll work closely with our Workday specialists to manage defects, data, and day-to-day support, helping ensure our system runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve Workday issues, using defect tracker in SharePoint
  • Manage AMS tickets and work directly with the vendor on fixes
  • Test AMS solutions before sign-off to ensure quality outcomes
  • Support data analysis and correction activities within Workday
  • Provide insights and advice on issues handed over by the Product Owner
  • Handle administrative tasks such as logging tickets, managing emails, and tracking testing activity

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive Workday experience, ideally across Core HCM (Payroll, Absence or Recruiting a plus)
  • Previous experience working with an vendor
  • Strong skills in defect triage, resolution, and testing
  • Comfortable working with data – analysing, correcting, and validating
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
