**About the role**

An exciting opportunity is available for Box Office Attendants on casual basis with a **start date of** **mid-October 2024.**

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders, you will work rosters primarily Monday to Friday with guaranteed 7-hour (weekday) shifts. In addition, there may be some evening and weekend box office work available at event venues.

**The successful applicants will possess the following**:

- Experience providing superior customer service
- Experience in Daily Box Office operations
- Experience with event set up and support
- Strong administrative skills using Word and Excel
- Experience and knowledge of the Tessitura CRM system would be desirable
- Understanding of the dynamics of working for a performing arts organisation
- Interest or background in classical music
