The Opportunity

This role involves developing and delivering customer-centric marketing automation journeys for current and prospective student communications campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted Marketing Cloud automations/journeys that drive value across the entire customer journey
  • Line management of a small team of eDM Coordinators
  • Troubleshooting issues that arise, including stakeholder management
  • Scope, planning, and building journeys that improve current student engagement and retention and increase conversion rates for prospective students
  • Developing and presenting best practices and capabilities for the automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Delivery of the Annual Marketing Automation Strategy and quarterly delivery plan
  • Collaborating with the Data team to map and integrate new data points between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM

About You

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business administration or marketing
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM data
  • Time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in mapping customer journeys and building campaigns to address user and business needs
  • Ability to work with complex data structures to deliver customer-friendly communications
