Our client is seeking to engage a Marketing Manager on a Permanent, Full Time position.

**Position Overview**

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing and Head of Design to design and deliver strategic integrated marketing activities and brand awareness campaigns for company and its two onsite food and beverage outlets.

As part of a dynamic, agile marketing team, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, tracking and optimising all brand marketing campaigns and associated activity across both traditional and digital marketing channels.

All marketing efforts will aim to strengthen each of the three brands; increase brand awareness, loyalty, and conversion; and ultimately, grow business revenue.

High focus will be placed on end-to-end campaign creation, delivery and reporting, as well as day to day marketing efforts across the three hospitality brands, utilising owned, paid and earned channels.

Key requirements of the Marketing Manager role include strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to act on your own initiative, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for a suite of hospitality brands
- Concept, design, execute and project manage digital and print content - such as website builds/website maintenance projects, photoshoots, and TV/radio advertising campaigns
- Ensure all brands' visual digital and print assets are relevant and up to date
- Improve the usability, design, content and performance of all brand websites
- Design and implement packages, promotions and activations specific to each brand
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan for all marketing expenditure well in advance and to develop a financial plan that will maximise available resources
- Support the Head of Marketing to manage media opportunities and ensure all earned media coverage is positive in sentiment
- Other tasks as needed

**Experience**
- A minimum of two years' experience in a marketing and/or communications team in a similar role
- Sound understanding of/experience working across various areas of integrated marketing
- Proficient in unique content creation for print and digital activities
- Experience in planning, implementing and reporting on paid, earned and owned marketing and promotional activities
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign optimisation
- Proficient in WordPress, WIX and Hootsuite
- Experience in managing a variety of Content Management Systems
- Proficient in the use of the Google advertising network - such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Knowledge in photo and video editing will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated professional and appropriate communication style with all internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple projects and deadlines at one time
- Demonstrated ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks as necessary
- A university degree in marketing, communications, or similar is advantageous, though not essential
