About the Role:
Location: Sippy Downs - Sunshine Coast
Roster: Monday to Friday – Office Based
Focus: Desktop assessments across various states Key Responsibilities: Assess property damage, validate claims, and estimate repair costs
Approve repairs or replacements using competitive quotes
Manage complaints, organise follow-ups, and maintain strong service provider relationships
Meet targets for repair time, cost, and customer satisfaction, while following safety guidelines About You Trade qualification with at least 4 years post trade qualification
Alternatively, a Diploma in Loss adjusting or Assessing or Cert IV in Loss adjusting or Assessing
Estimating or previous Assessing experience will be highly regarded
